Market Weighton is around 20 miles equidistant between York and Hull. One of the many fine market towns of the Yorkshire Wolds and listed in the Domesday Book as "Wicstun", our branch covers a large area of the Wolds and out to Yorkshire's Heritage East coast.
Market Weighton
Located in a prominent position on the corner of Market Place and Londesborough Road, in 1989 Chris Clubley opened this, our very first office. A natural choice as Chris has been involved with the property market in this area since leaving school.
Our dedicated team has a broad knowledge of not just the property market but also all aspects of life in and around the town itself, offering lots of good advice on communities, resources and facilities.
Market Weighton's past...
Market Weighton is the home of 'Giant Bradley', the tallest man to live in Yorkshire. Standing at a lofty 7'9", he lived between 1787 to 1820, at 20 years old weighing in 27 stone!
