Our Services
We conduct complete or part house clearances. Meaning we have the facilities to sell any items of value and dispose of the anything un-saleable.
We also offer the service of storing furniture in the weeks leading up to the auction free of charge, although there will be haulage costs.
All haulage is conducted by our team of professional furniture removers with a range of vehicles able to cope with the largest of properties.

Vendors Conditions
Commission at our Collective Sales is charged at 15% + VAT on all goods sold, with a minimum charge of £5.00. All payments will be sent out within 2 weeks of the auction date, less any expenses and commission. All entry forms must be received at least 48 hours prior to the sale day, although please contact us beforehand to ensure there is sufficient space left in the auction. Items must be received at the Sale Room by 4.00pm the day before the sale, although can be dropped off in the weeks leading up to the sale at any one of our offices. To apply for an entry form, please email or phone us on the contact details given at the bottom of the page, alternatively please collect one from any of our offices.

Buyers Conditions
Buyers premium of 10% + VAT is charged upon every item purchased. Payment of accounts are to made by cash and cheque but only if accompanied by a banker's reference or bank card. All items purchased must be collected by 8.00pm on the day of the sale, unless haulage has been arranged. If items fail to be collected, a charge of £2 for small items and £10 for larger items will occur.
